New update to the update


After some testing, it was discovered a problem with the rewind, and it was because of the fps, basically if the fps is to high, the rewind would last less then if it is low, but now the game is capped at 60fps, I considered putting a option to choose, but that might not be good because an variation on the fps might affect these things such as jumping and rewind, so with a consistent fixed value I have more control on how those things works in various types of pc.
